KARUNA REIKI CLASS LEVELS ONE & TWO: Both Levels are taught together. March 2 & 3 If you are looking for the next logical step on your Reiki Journey, we invite you to join us on the path of Karuna Reiki! The Karuna Reiki energy is a very sweet and loving energy to add to your Reiki toolbox. You will love using the eight new symbols. They are a powerful high vibration and easy to remember…. It’s an exciting addition to your Reiki journey! You will receive two initiations/attunements, manuals, certificates and EIGHT sacred symbols. There will be time for practice so you can become familiar with this beautiful healing energy. PREREQUISITE: Usui Reiki Level Three or Reiki Master Practitioner for at least 6 months (at Energy Connection or elsewhere). This will insure that your energy system is well adjusted and integrated with a higher vibration. Alternatively, if you received your training from The International Center for Reiki Training, your pre-requisite would be “A.R.T.” (Advanced Reiki Training Class) at least 6 months prior to taking this class. We currently offer Karuna Levels One and Two (The teaching level is upon request) Bring lunch (or purchase nearby). Wear comfortable clothes. We have refrigerator, microwave, coffee, hot tea and water. Tuition: $300 which includes both days and both levels 1 & 2. Email: [email protected] or [email protected]. “Karuna” is a Sanskrit word translated to mean; any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others or… “compassionate action.” This is not an ordinary kind of compassion, but one that comes from an unbounded sea of love. This is the kind of compassion that when combined with wisdom can take one to enlightenment. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, everyone benefits (because of the oneness of all beings). In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on earth. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus, your healing is quickened. The Karuna Reiki system was developed in 1995 by William Lee Rand and other healers at The International Center for Reiki Training. Only teachers who are registered by them can offer this training.

REIKI VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.....IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW NEEDS REIKI HEALING, KEEP READING. On the THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH We provide free Reiki Healing for people with chronic conditions, illness, or facing intense life challenges. (Non-Reiki Practitioners can be patients/recipients). We welcome all Reiki folks from all Reiki schools or training to join us in volunteering Reiki for people in need. All Reiki volunteers will sit down to meditate together at 6:30 pm. After our meditation, we will give Reiki to 1-2 patients throughout the evening. Patients arrive at 7 or 7:30 pm depending on appointment time. Each patient will receive Reiki for approx. 30 minutes. Afterwards, Reiki volunteers can give and receive Reiki to each other. You'll be blissed out ! We should be finished between 8:30 -9:00. The Reiki volunteers enjoy giving the gift of Reiki as much as the patients receiving it. Whether you are a new Reiki light or a seasoned practitioner, there is a welcomed place for you. You can either beam Reiki to the patient while you are seated in a chair or you can choose to sit at a patient's head or feet. Whatever you choose, you will become very relaxed and peaceful as you share the beautiful light of Reiki with someone in need.
