The ancient healing science of ayurveda recognizes 10 different body types, each of which has its own natural state of balance, with implications for our health, sleep patterns, personality, learning styles, exercise, diet, etc. One size does not fit all! The more we know and can accommodate our own body types and those of others, the happier and healthier we’ll be. This workshop will give you an overview of ayurveda. It will include a preliminary diagnosis of your body type, plus practical pointers you can use to prevent disease, create more balance in your life and live in harmony with the world around you.
