Since 1975 Sonia has taught meditation to thousands of people in the US, Canada, Philippines and Africa. In this intro Sonia will introduce us to Inner Source Meditation, an ancient practice for modern times. Unlike most forms of meditation which involves breath or mind control, Inner Source Meditation is easy, natural and enjoyable to learn and practice. Anyone can do it. Research has shown that this approach is twice as effective as other types of meditation or relaxation for reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, improving sleep,enhancing overall health, enjoying more happiness and creativity and developing higher states of consciousness. In this session Sonia will give an overview of the practice...what it is, how it works and research of its effect.
