From 11 am to 2 pm Some statistics state that 75% of population suffer from some type of gut issue. A great number of those are chronic and debilitating. I want to share what worked for me. I will offer holistic advice, tips and resources from my research and experience. Emotional, physical and communication of body/mind/gut will be discussed as well as practical strategies you can try.
