Group Yoga Class Mondays 6:00 – 7:00 PM Skill Level : All Whether you are new to the world of yoga or have years of experience, you will enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice with Mariangela Mancuso. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Owner of My Undivided Life. Mariangela has been involved with yoga since 1996. She is trained in therapeutic yoga practices and has worked as a yoga therapist for local doctors, as well as having taught classes in yoga studios. Her teaching style is gentle and inclusive for all abilities, so you will feel safe along with being comfortable in the postures. Her experience provides a mature understanding of yoga that gives each session a rich depth. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner, a certified personal trainer, certified Pilates instructor and a certified Qigong teacher. She specializes in helping you have the best yoga experience. You will also love the variety of approaches that Mariangela offers in her classes. These yoga sessions are ongoing so you can drop in for a session every week, or anytime your schedule permits!
