INTEGRATIVE ENERGY THERAPY CLASS - Level One - Basics Instructor: Wendi Rose 9:30am to 5 pm Everyone can be an energy intuitive, and through the IET system, you will be taught how to feel and interpret energy flow in the nine primary cellular memory areas of the body. Furthermore, the IET energy attunements you receive in these classes will increase your ability to \"read\" a person\'s energy patterns. At the heart of IET\'s power are the 9 sets of energy integration points. When activated with the IET energy ray, these points provide powerful clearing of suppressed cellular memories and emotions, including Karmic past life memories. IET is perfectly complementary to Reiki and other healing energies. 9 am to 5 pm Advanced Level IET training is focused on helping you live your soul’s mission and bringing your dreams alive. This class provides you with an: • Advanced level energy attunement which will expand and realign your 4th and 5th pair of your 12-strand DNA. • Ability to discover your soul’s mission and attract members of your soul’s cluster to help you live your soul’s mission and bring your dreams alive. • Knowledge and ability of the Advanced level techniques including: muscle tension-relaxation techniques, soul star clearing, and heartbeams. Local artist and Shamanic Reiki practitioner Cia Williford presents \"Creating Sacred Art\", a series of fun-filled classes that celebrate our connection to spirit. Using arts and crafts techniques, we will build on ancient and modern traditions to create sacred art, tangible representations of our prayers and intentions. These pieces will be perfect for you to use on your personal altar/sacred space in your home or to give as special, energy-filled gifts. Let your heart and intuition guide you as you work. At the end of each class, we will infuse our creations with Reiki blessings.

Class 1: Prayer Sticks

Description:
Creating objects to hold prayer and make offerings to Spirit has long been a practice used by Native Americans, most notably the Pueblo Indians. These sticks were made of wood, often decorated, had feathers attached, and were planted in the ground. When a breeze blew, movement of the feathers was thought to represent prayers or wishes being carried to Spirit by the wind.

In this class we will create and decorate our own prayer sticks. You will also learn how to make and utilize prayer ties and prayer bundles, also used by Native Americans, to create a truly unique and sacred piece.

This class is suitable for everyone. No prior art or craft experience is needed. All supplies will be provided during class.
