Chi Gong Classes Class #1 of 4……The practice of Chi Gong is a very gentle method of movement for developing and cultivating the energy of your whole being (mind, body and spirit) with your inner Chi or “Life Energy”. These gentle standing movements can be practiced by all age groups. There will be warm up movements along with some Tai Chi Silk Reeling and working with the yin/yang symbol. (Wear comfortable clothes). Class will cover: Life Force Energy Chi Gong created by Ernie, which is designed to integrate the Chakras, connecting to the universal energy that is all around us and within all of us. This will balance the chakras, the auras, and the energy connecting the body, mind and spirit….. Ba Duan Jin the Eight Strands of Brocade which is one of the most common forms of Chinese Chi Gong used as exercise. It is a system that promotes health. The movements are related to the Qi meridians and their associated internal organs. Chi Gong Classes will be a 4-week class series on Thursdays; Mar 19,26/Apr 2,9. Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm. People are not the only ones that can benefit from Reiki healing. Animals are very responsive to Reiki. In fact, in many cases, animals are even more responsive to Reiki because they do not have belief systems and rigid mindsets that people can sometimes have.
