ChiGong Class #1 of 4 .... The practice of Chi Gong is a very gentle method of movement for developing and cultivating your whole being, (mind, body and spirit) with your inner Chi or “Life Energy”. These gentle standing movements can be practiced by all age groups. Class will cover the following two different forms: Life Force Energy Chi Gong (newly created) – This is designed to integrate the Chakras connecting to the universal energy that is all around us and within all of us. This will balance the Chakras, the Aura, and the Energy connecting our body, mind and spirit. Ba Daun Jin the Eight Strands of Brocade – This is one of the most common forms of Chinese Chi Gong used as exercise. It is a system that promotes health. The movements are related to the meridians and their associated internal organs. Chi Gong Classes will be a 4 week class series on Thursdays; May 9,16,23,30 Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
