Group Yoga Class Mondays 6:00 – 7:00 PM Skill Level : All Whether you are new to the world of yoga or have years of experience, you will enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice with Mariangela Mancuso. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Owner of My Undivided Life. Mariangela has been involved with yoga since 1996. She is trained in therapeutic yoga practices and has worked as a yoga therapist for local doctors, as well as having taught classes in yoga studios. Her teaching style is gentle and inclusive for all abilities, so you will feel safe along with being comfortable in the postures. Her experience provides a mature understanding of yoga that gives each session a rich depth. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner, a certified personal trainer, certified Pilates instructor and a certified Qigong teacher. She specializes in helping you have the best yoga experience. You will also love the variety of approaches that Mariangela offers in her classes. These yoga sessions are ongoing so you can drop in for a session every week, or anytime your schedule permits! AURA WORKSHOP 6:30 pm to 9 pm This workshop will introduce you to techniques to become familiar with your aura space, to define and identify its boundaries and then learn to center – clear – cleanse –strengthen- and protect your personal space. Learn to stop others from taking your energy through dysfunctional interactions at work, home, even friends. Choose where and to whom you want to give your energetic attention. You will feel so much better when you take responsibility for your energy input and output, and others will too! Cleansing your Aura is a good step toward making space for healing awareness. The techniques in this class are easy for anyone. No experience is necessary. All materials will be provided. We will practice each technique. * KIDS REIKI CLASSKIDS REIKI CLASS

1-4:30 pm For School Age Children 6 to 13 Children are naturally open to the idea of sharing loving energy. Our specially designed Reiki for Kid’s Class is a simplified version of traditional Usui Reiki. In easily understood concepts they are introduced to the idea of the flow of energy; how to start its flow and the proper ways to use Reiki. We encourage first and foremost the use of Reiki for themselves as a calming and healing skill. We also promote the use of Reiki with their family members and pets. Initiating Reiki for use by children is a simple visualization technique. A Reiki blessing and guided imagery is used as initiation and they will practice Reiki on each other in class. They will receive a Certificate of Completion. Class tuition $50 (ask about discount for additional siblings)
