Communication with animals can happen in a number of different ways. By consciously connecting with animals in a specific way, we can communicate our intentions and requests with greater clarity. Every day, whether you notice it or not, you and your animal friends are communicating with each other through your intuitive nature. We do not often give ourselves credit for \"picking up on\" intuitive information from our loved ones and our environment, but everyone is intuitive to some degree. GROUP OPEN HEALING FOR ANYONE IN NEED Tuesday, September 13th from 6:30-8:30pm, Utilizing the power of collective consciousness, we will create a circle where we can direct our energies toward one focus or goal, one person who is in need of positive energy, while sending light energy, prayers, or envisioning the person receiving healing light. This energy is then channeled through Anna, the Reiki practitioner, grounded and directed toward the person who is in need, who will be in the center of the circle, either on a table or in a chair. Each person in the circle will get their turn in the center, while everyone else sends their energy. In this class, we will explore breathing exercises, tapping, guided meditation, and other grounding exercises to gently bring ourselves back into balance when the anxiety and stress of life overwhelms us. We will also be creating our own intentional spaces and each student will leave with an intention box ready to use anywhere.
