Shamanic Style Meditation Wednesday, April 5, 2023; 6:30pm This style of meditation is designed to help us achieve an altered state of consciousness. When we allow ourselves to let go and let the rhythm of the drum take us on a journey within, we can then gain insight and wisdom from our guides. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or whatever you need for comfort, whether you want to lay down or sit on a chair or pillow. Reiki Level 1 - In-Person Class, Session 1 of 2 Sat. April 8, 2023. 10am to 5:30 pm; Session 2 - Mon. April 17 from 6:30 -9:00pm. Both sessions required for certification. (Arrangements can be made if you are unable to attend Session 2) Usui Reiki is your foundation for personal healing, for awareness of spiritual energy directed with intention and discovering transformation possibilities. This course is for those seeking healing, physical and emotional ease and the realization of their potential for wholeness. Powerful in its simplicity, Reiki is for everyone. By the end of the first class day, you will be educated and inspired, and have experience giving and receiving Reiki with your classmates.
