In this guided group experience, you will be introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) — a powerful yet simple mind-body practice that combines focused intention with gentle tapping on acupressure points to calm the nervous system and shift limiting beliefs stored in the body. Together, we will: • Learn a short, easy-to-follow introduction to EFT.... • Identify common emotional patterns connected to weight and self-image.... • Use EFT to release emotional blocks, stress, and subconscious resistance.... • Gently shift thought patterns that no longer support your well-being.... • Create space for greater self-compassion, alignment, and balance....
