With Anna Smith $20 Intuition is a person’s openness to non-linear knowledge, like gut feelings and sensing energy, whereas an Intuitive Empath is one who is highly sensitive and can absorb energy and information from other people into their own body. The intuitive empath may experience heightened intuition, telepathy, receive messages about the future, and have the ability to communicate with people and animals and their environment, manifesting their abilities in different ways. As someone who grew up sensing death, seeing it and smelling it with accuracy, I was very alone and afraid of my own ability, feeling as though I were some ghoul, like I was death itself. My fear of myself manifested in ways that only further isolated me emotionally. I did not know then that I am simply an intuitive empath, absorbing the pain to come in the loved ones of the dying and the awareness of the journey of the dying themselves. This gathering will include sharing our personal stories and experiences, discuss ownership, acceptance and embrace our beautiful hearts, as well as cover ways to manage and deal with intuitive empathy in a way that will not deplete you. $20 Just Breathe! Teens- Monday, November 21, 6:30-8:30pThe world is full of stressors, and teens are faced with many challenges in their day to day lives. In this class, we will explore breathing exercises, tapping, guided meditation, and other grounding exercises to gently bring ourselves back into balance when the anxiety and stress of life overwhelms us. We will also be creating our own intentional spaces and each student will leave with an intention box ready to use anywhere. Bring a yoga mat or pillow if you have one!
